This Privacy Policy explains how SaranshDesigns, a sole proprietorship owned by Saransh Sharma, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use MakeLogo at makelogo.in (the “Service”).

- Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Content you provide: the brand briefs and instructions you enter to generate logos.
- Usage & payment data: basic usage activity and, for purchases, transaction details handled by our payment partner (we do not store your full card details).
- Technical data: device, browser and log information collected automatically.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Service and generate your logos.
- To manage your account, credits and purchases.
- To improve the Service, prevent abuse and provide support.
- To send important service-related communications.
3. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including Google (sign-in), Supabase (authentication and data storage), Cloudflare (hosting and security), AI image providers (to generate logos), and a payment gateway (to process payments). These providers process your data only as needed to deliver their function.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above, or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account, by contacting us at support@makelogo.in.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
