Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MakeLogo website and services at makelogo.in (the “Service”), operated by SaranshDesigns, a sole proprietorship owned by Saransh Sharma, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MakeLogo is an AI-assisted logo generation tool. You provide a brief about your brand and the Service produces logo concepts you can preview, refine and download. Generated concepts are produced algorithmically and are provided on an “as is” basis.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. Payments & credits

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) through Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for the sale. The total price you will be charged, including any applicable sales tax, GST or VAT, is shown before you confirm — there are no charges added afterwards. If you pay from outside India, your bank or card issuer converts the amount and may add its own fee, which we do not receive and cannot control. Purchased credits are for use within the Service and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because logos are delivered immediately, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want delivery to start straight away. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, please read section 4 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy — it explains your 14-day right to cancel and exactly when it stops applying.

5. Ownership of your logo

Subject to full payment for the applicable plan, you may use the logo you download for your own business purposes, including commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen logo does not infringe existing trademarks; we recommend a trademark search before commercial adoption. AI-generated designs may be broadly similar to other outputs and we do not guarantee exclusivity or trademark-ability of any concept.

6. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, branding, text and design — remains our property and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in the MakeLogo brand.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not take anything away from you. Where you live in a country whose consumer law gives you protections that cannot be contracted out of — including the EU, EEA and UK — those protections still apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Accessibility

We want MakeLogo to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at a larger text size. If any part of it gets in your way, email support@makelogo.in — tell us what happened and we will fix it and reply to you.
