Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases made on MakeLogo (makelogo.in), operated by SaranshDesigns, a sole proprietorship owned by Saransh Sharma, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
1. Nature of the Service
MakeLogo sells credits/plans that let you generate digital logo concepts. Because logos are generated and delivered digitally and instantly, credits are consumed as soon as a generation is produced.
2. Cancellation
You may stop using the Service and choose not to purchase further credits at any time. A one-time credit pack is a single purchase — there is no recurring subscription to cancel unless expressly stated at checkout.
3. Refunds
- Unused credits: if you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any credit from it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Used credits: credits already used to generate logos are non-refundable, as the digital service has been delivered.
- Billing errors / duplicate charges: if you were charged incorrectly or more than once, we will refund the excess in full.
- Service failure: if a generation fails due to a technical fault on our side and no output is delivered, the credit is restored or refunded.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@makelogo.in from your registered email with your order details. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment partner, typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
