Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases made on MakeLogo (makelogo.in), operated by SaranshDesigns, a sole proprietorship owned by Saransh Sharma, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

1. Nature of the Service

MakeLogo sells credits/plans that let you generate digital logo concepts. Because logos are generated and delivered digitally and instantly, credits are consumed as soon as a generation is produced.

2. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service and choose not to purchase further credits at any time. A one-time credit pack is a single purchase — there is no recurring subscription to cancel unless expressly stated at checkout.

3. Refunds

• Credits already used / generation delivered: once a credit has been used to produce a logo generation, that generation has been rendered and delivered, so it is non-refundable.
• Unused credits: if you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any credit from it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Technical failure: if a payment is deducted but no generation is produced, you are charged more than once for the same order, or a payment-gateway error occurs, we will restore the credit or refund the payment in full — automatically where possible, or via support.
• Master File unlock (₹499 list price): unlocking a logo's open/vector files (SVG, PDF, EPS and high-res PNG/JPEG) is a one-time, per-logo purchase. Once unlocked, the files are delivered and the purchase is final — it is not refundable simply because you don't like the design. It is refundable only if the files are corrupted or fail to download.

4. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK — your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase and get your money back, without giving a reason.

Because MakeLogo delivers digital content immediately, the law lets you waive that right — but only if you choose to. So before you pay, we ask you to tick a box confirming two things: that you want us to start straight away, and that you understand you lose the 14-day right once we do. We will not take your money until you have ticked it.

• If you have not ticked it, or you have not yet used a credit or downloaded your files, you keep the full 14-day right — email us and we will refund you in full.
• Once you use a credit (4 concepts are generated) or download your Master Files, that specific purchase has been delivered and the 14-day right no longer applies to it.
• Any part of your purchase you have not used — unused credits, for example — remains refundable within 14 days.

To cancel, just email support@makelogo.in saying you want to cancel. A plain sentence is enough; there is no form to fill in.

None of this affects your statutory rights if something we sold you is faulty.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@makelogo.in from your registered email with your order details. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment partner, typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
